This rich cinnamon flavored Snickerdoodles Cookie Recipe is one we tweaked from a friend's recipe. We make these each year at Christmas to include in our cookie giveaway baskets.
These tend to burn easily on the bottom because of the cinnamon. Be sure not
to overcook them. We find using parchment paper helps a lot with even backing.
