Disclosure
In the spirit of fairness and openness, I want to share a few things about this site and hopefully answer a few questions. The purpose and vision are available in the About page. These are the technical details such as Disclaimers, Ads, and Privacy (see the bottom of this page for official legalize on privacy).
Disclaimer
I am only human – so I will make mistakes. It is inevitable that one day you will see a cake recipe here calling for 2 cups of salt and ½ teaspoon of flour (Yuck!). I will do everything in my power to ensure that these recipes and instructions are accurate. I proofread carefully, but something will inevitably work its way through (and I will be mortified). I am not and cannot be responsible for mistakes or human error. If you see something that does not look right, please comment and ask for clarification. If you spot a mistake, please let me know! I will fix it as soon as I hear from you.
Ads
This site contains ads from which I have the possibility of making money. Many people wonder why I would seek to make money from this blog rather than just offering it ad-free. The answer is that I need to make money from some source and that requires time. If I spend that time on some other source, I would have little to no time to work on this site. On the other hand, if the time I spend on making Nurturing Cuisine available, fresh, and cross-referenced can double as money earning time, this site can exist and be the high quality resource I want it to be. I will never charge my readers an admission or membership fee – this site will always be free for you.
Links & banners in posts and on the blog pages may be affiliate links.
